At Utopia the safeguarding and welfare of all young people is our number one priority. The Education Act 2002 requires all staff at Utopia to carry out the necessary functions to safeguard our young people. Utopia’s safeguarding policy sets out the specific details on how we do this, however at the forefront of any decision we make is the welfare and safety of our learners. All staff are trained in dealing with incidents of a safeguarding nature and any concerns about a young person should be directed to Danny Cooke our Operations Director
