Wellbeing and Early Intervention Services
Utopia have developed a range of bespoke wellbeing services, available to schools.
Primary Wellbeing Intervention
Working with identified individuals or cohorts, Utopia deliver bespoke intervention that focuses on developing self esteem, managing feelings and emotional intelligence. This targeted early intervention is designed to improve pupil interaction and wellbeing and provide support for struggling pupils.
Secondary Activity Programmes
Working with an identified cohort Utopia deliver personal development programmes with a focus on improving personal and social skills such as team building, resilience and motivation. This flexible approach can be tailored to in school time or as part of an after school club and is ideal for pupils who would benefit from boosting confidence and self esteem.
Secondary Behaviour and Mentoring Intervention
Working with an identified cohort Utopia deliver behaviour mentoring in schools for pupils who are at risk of exclusion or disengagement. In addition support can be offered for pupils with mental health needs. Using principles of cognitive behavioural therapy intervention includes anger management training, resilience and emotional intelligence and work on improving self esteem.
